I am an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Connecticut. My research and teaching is primarily on the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Presidency, and Political Economy. In particular, I focus on the institutional design and development. And, my specialties are congressional apportionment, redistricting, representation, ideological polarization, as well as presidential elections.
